Hi there! It’s Claudia and Silvia! We want to personally thank you for taking the time to get to know us better.

Our passion for understanding the mind and human behavior led us to study Psychology.

Since then, we’ve gained over 10 years of experience working in Human Resources, from large multinational corporations to fast-paced startups.

Additionally, our interest in personal development has led us to achieve certifications as professional coaches and  Master Practitioners in NLP, allowing us to support our clients in reaching their full potential.

We decided to start our own journey, and that’s how Alquimia Land was born. It’s where we pour all our years of experience and knowledge into helping both companies and professionals reach their goals.

Our journey has given us a deep understanding of what it really takes to succeed in the workplace. We’ve been closely involved in creating and managing processes in highly competitive environments, both nationally and internationally.
